What it is
From idea to a moment people can actually walk into.
Incubation is for projects that are too big for a group chat and too early for an institution. We give you the four things most emerging projects are missing: a mentor who's done it before, a small team, a venue, and a strategy for actually reaching people.
How it works

Idea
You bring a rough project — an exhibition, a talk series, a publication, a public intervention.
Step 2
Pairing
We pair you with a mentor and, if needed, a small production team from the collective.
Step 3
Production
Venue, timeline, budget, logistics — we build the scaffolding around your idea.
Step 4
Public moment
We help you land it: comms, invites, documentation, and afterlife.
